- Most races are held one Saturday each month.
- Base pay ranges from $80 to $160 per race.
- Race Directors can earn bonuses based on performance and finishers.

Race Staff Opportunities
Work with US Road Running at 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon events across the country.
We are looking for dependable, upbeat people who enjoy race day, being outdoors, helping runners, and keeping events organized from setup through finish line support.
Race Day Work
- Set up race courses, signs, supplies, and equipment.
- Check in runners and answer basic race-day questions.
- Support timing, results, photos, and finish line operations.
- Pick up and return equipment when assigned.
