Be a local race representative
Ambassadors help with race-day support and promotion. In exchange for your time and effort, Ambassadors receive a free race registration.
Race Day Help
- Arrive 1.5 hours before the scheduled race start time.
- Assist with the start and finish area.
- Help with registration and runner check-in.
- Support medals, snacks, water, or finish line photos.
Photos and Feedback
- Take a few photos before, during, or after the race.
- Post photos on Facebook or send them to staff.
- Complete a short feedback form after the event.
After you submit the Ambassador Form, our team can review your information directly through the US Road Running website.
