Ambassadors

Ambassadors are a HUGE help to making race day go smoothly!
If you love to race, we'd love to have you as an Ambassador!

We would love to have 1-2 Ambassadors at each race. In exchange for their time and effort, Ambassadors receive a FREE registration to run the race after helping with setup and check-in.

1. Share the registration link or Facebook event on social media prior to the race.
2. Arrive 1.5 hours before the race- US Road Running will confirm time and location in an email.
3. Assist with setting up the start/finish line and registration.
4. Take a handful of photos before, during, and/or after running the race. Post on FB and/or text to staff for posting on RunSignUp.
5. Help with handing out medals, snacks, and water or taking photos at the finish line (if desired).
6. Assists with tear-down of course (if desired).

On August 10, 2010, US Road Running was founded with a simple mission: to inspire and support runners of all ages and abilities. From our very first race to today’s nationwide events, we’ve grown into a strong running community — bringing people together one mile at a time. Thank you to every runner, volunteer, staff member, and supporter who has been part of this journey. Here’s to many more years of running, racing, and achieving goals together!
