Review the work, benefits, and current event locations hiring race staff.

We are looking for dependable, upbeat people who enjoy race day, being outdoors, helping runners, and keeping events organized from setup through finish line support.

Position Details

Most races are held one Saturday each month.
Base pay ranges from $80 to $160 per race.
Race Directors can earn bonuses based on performance and finishers.
Race Directors average over $200 per race, with bigger races making over $500 per race.
Training is provided.

Race Day Work

Set up race courses, signs, supplies, and equipment.
Check in runners and answer basic race-day questions.
Support timing, results, photos, and finish line operations.
Pick up and return equipment when assigned.
