Is the information collected based on the fields from our registration form? Yes, we can set up any fields you need. We use your race form to create the online registration.
How often is that information forwarded to our race? Every time someone registers online the race will receive an email. The email will have all of the information from the form. You can also download the information at any time.
Are runners redirected to a secure site for credit card payment? Yes, we use PayPal. We also have an SSL certificate. You do not need a PayPal account to to pay with a credit card.
What credit cards are accepted? Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also take PayPal and online checks. You do not need a PayPal account to use a credit card.
Are runners able to register on-line with a check? They can pay by check online also.
How and when do we receive our money for the race? You will receive a check by mail after on-line registration is closed. If you need a check before that, we can mail one to you. If you need more then 2 check, we charge a $5.00 handling fee.
What does it cost? For the Race Director thes cost is free. No setup fee or charges. The runners pays the transaction fee. The fee per transaction for using the online credit card payment is 5.0% + $1.00. Example: $2.00 fee on a $20 transaction
