We are looking for volunteers to come out and help out with our races. Volunteers can help with finish-line, festival, course marshaling, announcements, and timing.
Groups, Clubs, Teams, Charities, Businesses and Families
The Movie Madness Race Series is looking for groups, clubs, teams, charities, businesses and families to come help with finish-line, course marshaling, and hydration stations. Each group will receive money based on number of helpers:
$100.00 for a group of 5 or more.
$200.00 for a group of 10 or more.
$300.00 for a group of 15 or more.
$400.00 for a group of 20 or more.
$500.00 for a group of 25 or more.
The group with the best costumes will receive an additional $100.00.

Red Land HS Rocket Club - $50
Each group is required to dress up in costume or wear group uniforms. Group must be at the race one hour before the race starts for their briefing and stay after the award festival to help clean up. Checks will be given to groups at the awards festival. Please do not leave without your check. All group members must sign the volunteer form. Group members under the age of 11 will not count towards total group members. Group donation will be approved before the race and extra members will not count unless approved. Groups will be assigned to positions as needed and may change on race day.
