I love to run. I am not very fast, but I can go the distance. Just easing back into a nice pace and taking off is the best way to enjoy the miles. I am working to improve my times, but I also make enjoying the running a priority. Besides the obvious health benefits, the best thing about my running expereince has been all of the AMAZING people from all over the world that I have met through my sport. My next four races will take me to three states: Dylan's Dinosaur Stomp 5K in NJ, The Hope for Cope 5K in PA, The Baltimore 10 mi in MD, and the Chicago Half Marathon in IL. It's going to be a great season of road races!!! |
