I'm getting back into a training schedule for another year of fun races - Broad Street, the ODDyssey Half Marathon in May, then the Philadelphia Rock'n'Roll half in September followed by the (I hope) Philadelphia Marathon again in November. Even though I haven't been as consistent about running as I should have been over the winter, I can still tell I've gotten faster overall and it's exciting to be able to see progress! I'm hoping to shave a good amount of time off my race times from last year, so here goes! |
