I spent over 20 years smoking and not taking very good care of myself. That all changed in 2005.... Now I run because I can, and I try to encourage as many people as I can to make the big change to a healthier lifestyle.

the rough plan for the 2012:
a couple of 50Ks
a couple of marathons
at least one 50-miler
...and as many 5ks and fun runs as I can fit in!
