I am a school teacher at Red Lion Area Sr High School in my 40th year.  I participated in athletics in high school and college.  I still play basketball and have always run.  I joined the Road Runners a few years ago and try to participate in all the local runs.  The thing I enjoy most about running is the people.  Everyone is so helpful and friendly.  It's fun to be able to compete with people who do this sport because they enjoy it.
