This race will end on the last day of November 2012 at 5:00 PM.  You must submit your time before the end of the race.

What is The Get Out and Run 5k? It is a way to keep you motivated or get you and your friends to get out and run a 5k distance and earn awards.

Does my 5k time have to be a race? No. You can run a race, but your finish time can also be on the treadmill or one of your training runs. You can use your GPS or any other way to measure out 3.1 miles.

How do I submit my time? Email your time to Brandon@USRoadRunning.com.

What is the Cost?

$2.00 (Option 1)
-Compete for the 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.

$10.00 (Option 2)
-Compete for the 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.
-If you don't win, we will still send you a 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.

$18.00 (Option 3)
-Compete for the 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.
-If you don't win, we will still send you a 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.
-US Road Running Shirt.

How do I receive my medal? You will be shipped your medal after the race has ended.

This is not a sanctioned event and we do not provide any type of insurance. You can submit your times as much as you want before the close of the race.Run at your own risk.  No refunds.
