We changed the race name from ROM 5k to The Get Out and Run 5k!

What is The Get Out and Run 5k?

It is a way to keep you motivated or get you and your friends to get out and run a 5k distance each month and earn awards. The Get Out and Run 5k is part of the US Road Running Runner of the Month program to earn awards.

Does my 5k time have to be a race?
No.  You can run a race, but your finish time can also be on the treadmill or one of your training runs.  You can use your GPS or any other way to measure out 3.1 miles.

How do I submit my time?

What is the Cost?

$4.99 per runner. (Option 1)
-Compete for the 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.

$9.99 per runner. (Option 2)
-Compete for the 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.  
-If you don't win, we will still send you a 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.

$16.99 per runner. (Option 3)
-Compete for the 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.  
-If you don't win, we will still send you a 3" custom medals with your finish time on the medal.
-US Road Running Shirt.

How do I receive my medal?
You will be shipped your medal after the race has ended.

Finish time and results will be posted after The Get Out and Run 5k has ended.  Your time will also be emailed to you after The Get Out and Run 5k has ended.  This is not a sanctioned event and we do not provide any type of insurance.  Run at your own risk.  You can submit your times as much as you want before the close of the race at the end of the month.
