We had 27 register for the race. 1st place male was Brendan Glover from Corning, NY (16:57) and 1st place female was Majorie Hinkle from from York, PA (22:55). 1st place masters male was Eric Koehler form Lancaster, PA (23:09) and 1st place masters female was Rachel Lombardo from Parkton, MD (25:13). Way to go! I am looking forward to the next race.
June 2012 ROM 5k
The ROM 5K is a way for runners to increase their chances of earning a 3" medal at a race or compete with others if they can not make a weekend race.
Option 1 - For runners that want to increase their chances to earn a medal. Select a 5K in the month of the ROM 5K.
Option 2 - Use your own course or GPS. Find a 5K course, create your own or use your GPS to record your 5K run.
Option 3 - Use a Treadmill. Run your 5K on your treadmill, at home, at the hotel or any place you can find a treadmill.
Submit your time by the last day of the month by 5:00 PM. We will mail all medals to the winners.
Cost - $3.99 per runner. No additional fee for online registration.
