Chambersburg Half Marathon - 3/10/12

Did anyone run the Chambersburg Half on Saturday?  Wow!  What a course. Plenty of hills.  I knew nothing about the course when my running group of 4 decided to sign up for this race. They were not too happy with me part way through the course.  At the finish, they were much better as they all crossed the finish line in under 2 hours. One runner broke 2 hours for the first time and she did it on a tough hilly course. 

I finished in 2:03:36. I was close to my goal of breaking 2 hours but the last big hill did me in on this day.  Maybe the Movie Madness Half will have a better outcome for me.

Good Job.   I too want to break the 2 hour 1/2. The MM is my first 1/2 and seems mostly flat execpt that last hill.

Guess we will need to save some for the hill.
