Ran about half of the up coming US Road Running Movie Madness Half Marathon. Discussed race plans.

Wore Shorts, t-shirt,  Arm Sleeves and gloves. I was slightly under dressed because it was overcast and a little windy. I did not wear my ITB  band. Did not have any ITB pain.
