in addition to the posted wed night 7pm run,  are there any group runs on saturdays-sundays?

Hello Luke,

Yes, we run on Saturday mornings - with the heat and humidity, some of the group meets at 5:45 a.m.  Or you can drop in at 7 a.m.  If you are on facebook, please find So Yo Trailblazers - members post and update running times and distances there.  Thanks!
