How does the Challenge work?
Run/Walk at any location you want. You can use the treadmill, run outside, your own course, another race, or training run/walks. You do not have to run/walk the distance all at the same time. Take as long as you need. For more events go to USRoadRunning.com.

This Challenge is designed to recognize runners for their total miles for the year. The miles are based on your training log from January 1 to December 31. You can run or walk the miles. You can also order the medal before you reach your goal if you would like to have it when you reach the goal. You keep your own training log and once you reach the goal miles you can request your medal. You can collect all medals or just order the ones you want.

When are medals mailed out?
Once your promotion is approved, we will mail the medal.

How do I log miles for the Challenge?
After you register, go to the My Races and Training and start the challenge. You can log your mileage in the training log.

How to post photos?
