Movie madness has taken over the entire race! You can also show us your creativity by dressing up in a movie-themed costume to have a chance of winning a Movie Madness Award. Our half way point includes an M&M's stop and we always have great food for you when you finish the race.

US Road Running May 2012 ROM 5K
The Runner of the Month (ROM) 5K race is a way to join in with other online runners and have a chance to win awards without paying a large race fee. US Road Running was started after I received my RRCA coaching certification. I needed a place that everyone could log in to view their training plans and I could see their training. Soon after York Road Runners Club asked us to help with their website, so I just added options for clubs and add more programs. Others asked if they could use the website, so we made options for everyone to be able to update their information. The website is free for clubs to use that promote running. Some of the programs that we all use are the race search, race results, runner of the month program, polls/research and the blog. This helps use all build our running committees and promote good health through running. We also offer online registration, online membership, files, videos, images, advertisement to help promote your race or organization, graphic design, flyer design, and mailing list.

The York Road Runners Club (YRRC) is dedicated to promoting running, racing, and healthy living in York County. The Club supports and sponsors over 20 races and events each year and prints six newsletters a year to keep you informed about upcoming events. So come on join the pack!
The Harrisburg Area Road Runners Club (HARRC) was founded in 1974 by a few avid distance runners who wanted to share ideas and provide an organized running program to interest other people in running. An article first appeared in the April 21, 1974 edition of the Harrisburg Patriot-News announcing the formation of a new running club in the Harrisburg area. HARRC’s first run was held on June 9, 1974, a two mile fun run along Harrisburg’s Riverfront Park. And in Feb 1976, HARRC became a chapter club of the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), and at that time became the 52nd such running club nationally and only the 4th chapter club in Pennsylvania.
So Yo Trailblazers is a running club serving Southern York ("So Yo") County (New Freedom, Shrewsbury, and Stewartstown) and northern Baltimore County. The club promotes running and provides a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow runners and running partners, as well as belong to a social group with common interests. In addition to weekly runs, the club will organize other races and events throughout the year.
